Information Technology Engineer

Position: IT Engineer

o Probation period: 2 months

o Basic salary: 85% during probation; other allowances: 100% paid

Job Responsibilities:

o Main task is customization development of ES Core, a core system for LP gas

companies developed by Energy Solutions.

o ES Core is being packaged, and you will handle customization per client

requirements.

o Detailed design is done by Energy Solutions; development is carried out in

Vietnam via a bridge SE.

o Involved in building software systems that support company management

operations.

Required Skills and Experience:

o Must have graduated from a university majoring in IT.

o Experience in software development using C# or VB.NET in web systems.

o Preferred: Knowledge of PHP, AngularJS, JavaScript, or Node.js.

o Must be eager to learn new knowledge and technical solutions.

o Excellent communication skills.

o Should be able to align with the mindset of Japanese companies.

o At least 5 years of experience in any system development project.

Working Hours: 8:0017:10 (70-minute break)

Salary:

o Senior level (5+ years of experience): 25,000,000 40,000,000 VND

Bonus:

o Tet bonus available

o Annual bonus once per year

Salary Raise:

o Once a year (performance-based)

Holidays / Leave:

- Sundays and national holidays, Tet holidays

- Saturdays:

- 4 Saturdays/month work on 1st and 2nd Saturdays

- 5 Saturdays/month work on 1st Saturday morning and full days on 2nd

and 3rd Saturdays

Overtime:

o Yes (Average 5 hours/month)
