Information Technology Executive

Join one of ASEAN's leading financial institutions and play a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure and banking systems. We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Executive to support branch operations, manage IT systems, and drive technology initiatives that enable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, network, and banking applications.
• Ensure stable and secure operation of IT systems to support business and branch activities.
• Manage incidents, service requests, system enhancements, and application changes.
• Coordinate with Head Office, vendors, telecommunications providers, and service providers to resolve technical issues.
• Support the setup, maintenance, and enhancement of IT infrastructure and network connectivity to meet business and operational requirements.
• Support backup, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity (BCP) activities.
• Ensure compliance with information security standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in IT projects, system upgrades, testing, deployment, and migration activities, including after-office-hours and weekend implementations when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure and IT Operations within enterprise environments, with exposure to the banking or financial services industry being an added advantage.
• Strong experience in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), and Group Policy (GPO).
• Experience in supporting, maintaining, and implementing IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, connectivity setup, system migration, and end-user computing environments.
• Hands-on experience in enterprise network and security administration, including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, WAN/LAN connectivity, MPLS, Site-to-Site VPN, DMZ, network segmentation, and related IT security controls.
• Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure, system, and network-related issues and coordinate effectively with vendors and Head Office support teams.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
