Information Technology Business Analyst

Role Description The Information Technology Business Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Vietnam. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders and translating them into clear technical specifications for IT teams. The Business Analyst will map and evaluate current business processes, recommend improvements, and support the design and implementation of technology solutions that align with business goals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting requirement workshops, preparing functional documentation and workflow diagrams, collaborating closely with developers and business stakeholders, and supporting testing and user acceptance activities. The role also involves monitoring solution performance, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support and communication to business users.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify issues, and propose effective solutions.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Requirements gathering, including documenting use cases and functional specifications.
• Experience with Business Process modeling, optimization, and re-engineering in a financial services or related environment.
• Solid understanding of Information Technology concepts, systems integration, and software development life cycle.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with strong presentation and documentation skills.
• Experience working with financial institutions or risk management solutions is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, on-site team environment in Vietnam.
