Income Supervisor

We are hiring: Income Supervisor at Novotel Hanoi Thai Ha

Novotel Hanoi Thai Ha is looking for an Income Supervisor to join our Finance team. This role plays an important part in ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance while supporting hotel operations.

About the role

Ensure daily revenue auditing and reporting across outlets

Monitor compliance with financial policies and internal control procedures

Prepare daily revenue reports and support month-end closing

Provide cashier training and assist in financial reconciliations

What we are looking for

Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field, with at least 3 years of experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
