SENIOR EHS SUPERVISOR
As an EHS Officer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the organization&aposs compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards embed safety into XPs culture / behaviors. You will work closely with employees, management, Global EHS and regulatory bodies to develop, implement, and monitor effective EHS policies and procedures.
1. EHS Compliance, Policy and Procedure Development:
- Stay up-to-date with local, state, and federal regulations related to environmental, health, and safety. Ensure the organization&aposs compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address potential EHS risks and non-compliance issues.
- Establish, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines. Communicate with cross functions & employees on EHS policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Review and update policies and procedures to reflect changes in regulations or organizational needs.
2. Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification :
- Conduct annual risk assessments and hazard identification or in case of change for all the processes across the organization & develop strategies to mitigate and control risks.
