Implementation Business Analyst (English Communication Focus)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst who acts as a critical bridge between our IT team and English-speaking stakeholders (clients, partners, documentation, tools).

This role is ideal for someone with excellent English communication, solid logical thinking, and foundational knowledge of Business Analysis or data concepts, who can help guide technical teams through business requirements and service implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main English communication point between IT implementation teams and business stakeholders.
• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and structuring business requirements.
• Create and maintain basic BA artifacts (BRD, user stories, process flows, requirement lists).
• Help convert unclear or high-level ideas into implementable tasks and workflows.
• Guide and support the IT team through service requirements and expected outcomes.
• Coordinate feedback loops between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Help interpret data outputs and explain insights in business language.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Information Systems, Service Management, or related fields.
• Excellent English communication (spoken & written).
• Basic understanding of Business Analysis concepts.
• Experience working across business, operations, and technical teams in dynamic environments.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end service delivery, including digital, automated, and human-assisted processes..

Good to have:

• 1–3 years experience in Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, IT BA, or similar roles.
• Exposure to data analysis, systems implementation, or software projects.
• Experience working in international or digital service platforms.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-structuring skills.
