International Consultant

About the Role

IMMIKNOW is looking for a motivated and client-oriented International Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work with clients seeking international solutions across immigration, overseas education, Family Office services, tax, and financial consulting.

You will be responsible for understanding clients needs, recommending tailored solutions, building long-term client relationships, and supporting the client journey from initial consultation to service delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong consulting and communication skills with a results-driven mindset and a willingness to continuously develop professional expertise.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Consultation and Needs Analysis

Respond to client inquiries through online channels, including WeChat and phone calls, as well as face-to-face meetings.
Provide professional consultations and address clients questions regarding the company's services.
Identify clients key needs, objectives, personal circumstances, and expectations to determine suitable solutions.

2. Consulting Solutions Development

Develop tailored consulting proposals based on clients needs, individual circumstances, and relevant policies and regulations.
Explain service options, benefits, procedures, costs, timelines, and key considerations clearly and accurately.
Provide appropriate recommendations across immigration, overseas education, Family Office services, tax, and financial consulting, in line with the company's service scope.

3. Client Relationship Management and Business Development

Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication to nurture long-term relationships.
Keep clients informed of relevant policy updates, alternative solutions, and developments that may affect their plans.
Address follow-up questions, support the decision-making process, and drive client conversion and contract signing.
Work toward individual sales targets and contribute to the team's overall business objectives.

4. Service Coordination and Delivery Follow-up

Coordinate with the service delivery team after contract signing to ensure a smooth handover of client information and documentation.
Monitor service progress and proactively communicate relevant updates to clients.
Help ensure a positive client experience, maintain client satisfaction, and encourage referrals from existing clients.

5. Professional Knowledge Development

Stay informed about relevant policies, regulations, and industry developments across the company's core service areas.
Continuously develop professional knowledge and consulting capabilities through self-learning and internal training.
Review real client cases and contribute to improving consulting approaches and solution development.

6. Data Management and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of client consultations, follow-up activities, and conversion progress.
Update client information and submit follow-up reports in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the team to review business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize workflows.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree or above.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in international consulting, immigration, overseas education, Family Office services, tax, financial consulting, or a related field.
Familiarity with the end-to-end consulting service process, from initial client consultation to service delivery.
Experience converting prospective clients into paying customers is highly preferred.
Familiarity with knowledge-based paid services or professional consulting business models is an advantage.

Ability to develop tailored solutions and explain complex information in a clear, client-friendly manner.
Strong client relationship management and follow-up skills.
Good attention to detail and the ability to identify potential risks during the consulting process.

Good teamwork, coordination, and time management skills.

Language Requirements

Intermediate English proficiency or above, with the ability to communicate professionally and understand relevant service materials.
Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
