ABOUT JOB:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC BIM Modeler to support the development and delivery of high-quality Building Information Modeling (BIM) solutions for building, industrial, infrastructure, and mission-critical projects. The role will be responsible for producing accurate HVAC models, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with project BIM standards throughout the design lifecycle.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

BIM Modeling & Documentation

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D HVAC models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM-related software.
• Produce HVAC layouts, sections, details, and construction documentation from BIM models.
• Model ductwork, piping, equipment, supports, and associated HVAC systems based on engineering design inputs.
• Prepare schedules, quantity take-offs, and model-based deliverables as required.

BIM Coordination

• Collaborate with HVAC Engineers, BIM Coordinators, and other disciplines including Architecture, Structure, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection.
• Participate in model coordination and clash detection reviews.
• Resolve interdisciplinary clashes and implement coordination solutions within the BIM model.
• Support federated model development and project coordination meetings.

Quality & Standards

• Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), modeling guidelines, and company standards.
• Perform model quality checks and maintain data accuracy throughout project development.
• Ensure consistency of model parameters, families, naming conventions, and documentation outputs.

Project Delivery Support

• Assist engineering teams during concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction documentation phases.
• Support project managers and discipline leads in delivering BIM outputs in accordance with project schedules.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM workflows, templates, and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC BIM Modeling for building or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Good understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, ductwork, piping, and building services coordination.
• Experience with Navisworks, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, or other BIM collaboration platforms is an advantage.
• Familiarity with international design standards and BIM workflows.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and international project teams.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• English communication skills are preferred.
