Thuan Hai is a leading private company in the energy industry providing a variety of energy solutions to clients at the highest standard. Up to 2023, we operate 60 boiler plants with 150 boilers in total to produce 5,800,000 tons of steam, revenue more than 5000 billion.
Responsibilities
Recruitment Tasks (60%)
- Propose and develop suitable recruitment plans and strategies to expand the pool of qualified candidates.
- Post job ads, source, and screen candidates.
- Actively contact candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Communicate interview results, prepare offers, and manage onboarding activities for new hires.
- Support employees until they successfully complete their probation period.
Administrative Tasks (20%)
- Plan and manage the procurement of necessary office equipment and supplies. Take responsibility for monitoring, managing, and coordinating repair/maintenance when equipment malfunctions.
- Track and process administrative-related payments.
- Handle tasks related to the office building such as vehicle registration, sending company documents, preparing requests for taking materials out of the building, overnight parking requests for employees on business trips, and registering employees working on holidays/OT.
C&B Tasks (20%)
- Manage employee attendance tracking.
- Guide and process employee registrations for personal tax code (MST) and dependents (NPT).
- Handle procedures related to employee accident & health insurance policies.
- Print and archive labor contracts of employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Law, Accounting, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Psychology.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in reporting and presentation.
- Proactive, resourceful, and communicative.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Preferred: At least 2 years of experience in General HR roles, with strengths in recruitment and administration.
