Execute the recruitment process for assigned positions and support the onboarding of new employees and interns. This includes, but is not limited to: initiating recruitment requests, sourcing and screening applications for both full-time and internship roles, conducting interviews and candidate selection, negotiating and managing offers with candidates, etc.;
Input and manage HR data as required by management and within the scope of assigned responsibilities. Maintain and update the HR database efficiently;
Responsible for the process of signing training and probationary contracts;
Handle administrative procedures related to the signing of labor contracts, resignation process;
Carry out recruitment activities using the Workday HR system, ensuring all recruitment information is accurately and promptly updated;
Participate in organizing employer branding activities such as career fairs, promotional events, community outreach, and company tours;
Address employee inquiries related to HR matters within the scope of assigned duties;
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports as required;
Participate in departmental and company-wide activities and projects;
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field;
Formal Qualifications: at least a year of experience in recruiting; Experience in mass recruitment is a plus;
A board understanding of recruiting process, talent acquisition activities and the ways of approaching and utilizing potential candidate resources;
Good at Excel skill; Experience in Automate is preferred;
Have experience in related HR systems or software. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software;
Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese; English level (CEFR) B1+ or equivalent;
Highly responsible, hard-working, can work under pressure and deadline;
Must be flexible on work schedule based on the recruitment activity requirements and success pattern.
