RESPONSIBILITIES
Compensation & Benefits:
- Assist in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies.
- Conduct market research to benchmark salary and benefits packages.
- Support the administration of payroll and related processes.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Provide guidance to employees on benefits-related inquiries.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate training needs assessments and training program development.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
- Track training participation and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with training requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training opportunities.
Others:
- Coordinate with the Trade Union on social, condolence, and charity activities and Operate and manage the department's ISO compliance.
- Organize events, meetings, workshops, and internal communication activities.
- Record videos, take photos, and write articles for internal newsletters.
- Manage the office workspace and provide office containers for departments/projects.
- Conduct regular maintenance of office machines (e.g. photocopiers, fax machines, etc.).
- Compile telephone expenses and manage communication service contracts (ADSL, leased line, ISDN, etc.).
- Arrange transportation, accommodation, visa, and passport procedures for business trips.
- Manage stationery allocation and monitor usage based on quotas.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of relevant administrative work experience.
- Proficient in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and 5S systems
