Responsibilities
As Assistant HR Manager, youll make sure our employees are enabled and empowered through HR programs in the Resort. Youll also promote a positive team culture while ensuring our colleagues deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life.
Qualifications
1. Education
- Bachelors degree/higher education qualification/equivalent.
2. Service years in the field
- 02 years of related experience in HR.
3. Knowledge and skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality to the extent possible in all HR related matters.
- Experience in managing company provided accommodation.
- Good Communication skills and writing skills.
- Knowledge of Local Labour and Employment Regulations.
- Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
4. Language:
- Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading and writing).
5. Preferred (if required):
- Some college courses in Human Resources, Employment Law or related field preferred.
