Job Description

We are looking for Human Resources Specialist - The Rivus Branded Residence (Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam)

Mission

As HR Specialist, you will support the full employee lifecycle and contribute to creating a positive, engaging and high-performing workplace in this luxury residential community in Ho Chi Minh City comprising 121 villas, for which Melia Hotels International provides advisory services to the property management company. Working closely with the Property General Manager, you will ensure the effective delivery of HR operations while supporting talent acquisition, employee engagement, payroll coordination, learning and development, and compliance with company policies and local employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day delivery of all HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and offboarding.
  • Coordinate HR administration, payroll, attendance, benefits and HR systems, ensuring accurate employee records and compliance.
  • Partner with managers to support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement and people development initiatives.
  • Promote a positive employee experience by providing HR guidance and coordinating communication, wellbeing and engagement activities.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures and projects while ensuring compliance with company standards and local labor legislation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a Generalist capacity.
  • Good knowledge of Vietnamese Labour Law, social insurance and HR practices.
  • Experience across HR administration, employee lifecycle, recruitment, employee relations and C&B.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
