Human Resources Specialist

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a broad HR foundation across recruitment, engagement, learning, HR administration, payroll coordination, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate communication, interview arrangements, hiring documentation, and onboarding support.

• Support employee engagement programs, CSR / ESG activities, internal communication, and team activities.

• Assist in organizing training sessions, tracking development plans, and maintaining learning records.

• Handle HR administration, including employment contracts, employee records, HRIS updates, letters, and documentation.

• Support payroll, attendance, benefits, and expense-related HR matters in coordination with Finance and relevant teams.

• Ensure HR activities and documentation comply with local labor regulations, company policies, and SCG standards.

• Provide day-to-day HR support and respond to employee queries professionally and confidentially.

• Contribute to HR process improvement, data accuracy, and employee experience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.

• 0–3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, or related functions. Fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome.

• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Comfortable working with employee data, documents, timelines, and confidential information.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS or digital HR tools are an advantage.

• Able to communicate professionally in Vietnamese and English.
