JOB SUMMARY
As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global workforce. The preferred candidate will demonstrate a distinctive combination of international exposure, pertinent work experience, and great communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive HR support to global team members, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Streamline, standardize, and continuously enhance global HR processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability
- Act as a primary point of contact for international employees, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering clear guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and supporting hiring managers throughout
- Identify and support talent management initiatives aimed at improving employee retention, development, and career progression
- Foster a positive, inclusive work environment by promoting employee engagement and aligning behaviors with the companys core values
- Facilitate cross-cultural initiatives to enhance global collaboration, communication, and teamwork
- Collaborate with managers to provide guidance on performance feedback, employee development plans, and growth opportunities
- Support the implementation of global performance management programs that align with organizational goals and cultural diversity
- Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date HR records; ensure effective data collection and standardization to support analytics and reporting
- Generate, interpret, and present HR reports and metrics to inform strategic planning and enable data-driven decision-making
EXPERIENCES / QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 12 years of proven experience in HR roles, with a strong emphasis on international or global HR practices.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
- Excellent research, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively across a diverse, multicultural workforce.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, global environment.
