Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HRBP Specialist located in Th c. The HRBP Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing labor and employment law compliance, and facilitating performance management processes. The HRBP Specialist will work closely with different departments to ensure the smooth operation and well-being of the employees.

Qualifications

• Graduated from university with a major in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proficient in Chinese.
• At least 1 year of experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist.
• Knowledge in livestream, entertainment, media, or talent management is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, consulting, and analytical skills.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the entertainment or media industry is a plus
