Human Resources Specialist (Vietnam)

What Youll Do:

Manage Vietnamrecruitment and onboarding processes

Develop and implement KPI performance evaluations

Monitor employee performance and ensure accountability

Support employee engagement and HR policy implementation

Ensure compliance with local labor regulations

What Were Looking For:

Degree in Human Resources or related field

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Experience in KPI design and employee supervision

Experience in multinational companies preferred
