This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Manager at GShunter1. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, conducting recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Relations skills
• Policy Implementation and Compliance knowledge
• HR Analytics and Reporting skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Conflict Resolution and Problem-solving abilities
• Experience with HR systems and software
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
