Human Resources Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in the Hanoi Capital Region. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR activities, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing personnel. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining employee records, conducting recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Hanoi Capital Region
• Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
