Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
  • Develop and implement recruitment plans, conduct interviews, onboard and train new employees, including office positions, market business roles, PG/PB supermarket collaborators, and general labor.
  • Promote the company's work culture to attract high-quality talent.
  1. HR Operations & Compliance:
  • Manage the processes of attendance tracking, payroll, employee taxes, insurance, and benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
  • Organize and maintain HR-related documents to ensure smooth operations.
  1. Performance Management & HR Development:
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and performance measurement tools (KPIs, OKRs, etc.).
  • Monitor the performance evaluation process to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  1. Corporate Culture & Employee Engagement:
  • Contribute to building a strong corporate culture that connects employees with the company's core values.
  • Plan and execute internal activities to enhance employee engagement and motivation (celebrations, birthdays, team building, extracurricular activities, etc.).
  • Promote corporate culture through communication channels to reinforce employer branding.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR (preferably in FMCG or manufacturing sectors).
  • Strong recruitment skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, payroll, taxes, and HR policies.
  • Experience in developing HR strategies, KPIs, and performance evaluations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage HR processes for a diverse workforce (office, factory, and part-time staff).
  • Good communication and listening skills.
  • Preferred: Experience in digital transformation.
