About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support our HR and recruitment operations across Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for someone with 4+ of experience in HR Operations and Recruitment, who is fluent in English and confident working in a multicultural and international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring timely and quality hires.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver an efficient, seamless hiring process.
• Communicate effectively in English with multinational candidates and colleagues from regional offices.
• Maintain and update employee information in the HR system to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events to foster teamwork and morale.
• Managed HR-related projects or tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor/ Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations and Recruitment, including handling multinational or cross-country hiring activities in fast-paced environments.
• Strong English communication skills - able to liaise confidently with global teams and international candidates.
• Culturally adaptable, collaborative, and proactive in managing multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR or ATS systems
