Job Description

The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for delivering effective HR operations primarily for Vietnam, with support extended to other APAC countries as needed. Reporting to the APAC Head of HR, the role focuses on compensation and benefits, payroll coordination, and HR administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless execution of HR processes — all while fostering a positive employee experience.

Role Responsibilities

1. HR Operations

  • Be responsible for HR operations, including payroll, employee records, and HRIS management
  • Update and implement HR policies and procedures and ensure adherence across the organization
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
  • Handle HR administrative tasks including contract preparation, document management, government reporting, and insurance enrollment

2. Compensation and Benefits

  • Assist in reviewing and maintaining C&B structures
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits
  • Support market benchmarking exercises and provide data analysis

3. Employee Relations

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively
  • Ensure effective communication between management and employees

4. Compliance and Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Vietnam
  • Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and metrics
  • Support HR audits and inspections

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4 years of experience in HR Operations, with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits, HR operations and HR administration
  • In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Vietnam
  • High attention to detail and strong data accuracy
  • Peole -oriented, can-do attitude, and effective communication both in English and Vietnamese
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working in a technology company or startup/fast-paced environment is strongly preferred.
