We are looking for an HR Manager to join Zannier Bãi San Hô, our extraordinary resort on Vietnam's Phú Yên coast. This is an opportunity for a passionate hospitality HR professional to play a key role in nurturing our culture, developing our people, and creating an environment where our teams can thrive.

Your role

Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with our Corporate Human Resources team, the HR Manager will lead the resort's people agenda, combining a strong operational HR foundation with a genuine focus on culture, engagement and talent development.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development, engagement and offboarding.
Partnering with the General Manager and Heads of Department on people planning, organisation and HR priorities.
Building a strong recruitment pipeline and supporting the resort in attracting and retaining great hospitality talent.
Championing Zannier Hotels culture and values throughout the employee experience.
Developing employee engagement, recognition and internal communication initiatives.
Coordinating learning, development and career-growth initiatives across the resort.
Supporting performance management and helping managers develop their teams.
Managing employee relations with professionalism, fairness and discretion.
Ensuring HR policies, employment practices and documentation comply with Vietnamese labour regulations and company standards.
Overseeing payroll coordination, benefits, attendance and HR administration.
Monitoring HR indicators including turnover, recruitment, absenteeism, engagement and training.
Supporting employee welfare and creating a positive working and living environment for our resort team.
Working closely with Corporate HR on Group initiatives, projects and people-development programmes.

Who we are looking for

You are an experienced HR professional who understands that hospitality HR happens with the teams, not only from the HR office.

You bring solid HR generalist experience, ideally within luxury hospitality or an international hotel environment, together with strong knowledge of Vietnamese labour practices. You are comfortable balancing operational HR requirements with a more strategic approach to talent, culture and employee experience.

Above all, you are approachable, hands-on and trusted by both employees and managers. You enjoy developing people, building relationships and creating a workplace culture that ultimately translates into memorable experiences for our guests.

Fluency in Vietnamese and English is required.
