Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and contributing to employee engagement and retention. The HR Manager will also act as a bridge between management and employees to address concerns and promote effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in employee relations management, conflict resolution, and team building
  • Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and workforce planning
  • Expertise in performance management, training, and employee development techniques
  • Proficiency in labor laws and compliance regulations
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage cross-functional teams in an on-site role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage
  • Prior experience in a managerial HR role is preferred
