Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. The role also involves developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will collaborate with various departments to support organizational goals and employee development.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Familiarity with benefits administration and compensation management
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and ensuring legal compliance within the organization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) are a plus
• Experience in the cosmetics or related industry would be beneficial
