Moatable is expanding our footprint in Vietnam, and we are looking for a highly capable, proactive, and business-driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our fast-growing Product & Engineering teams. This is a strategic, hands-on role that partners closely with business leaders to drive talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness.

What You'll Be Responsible For
1. Strategic Business Partnership
Deeply understand the business strategy, team operations, and talent needs of the departments you support.
Lead and execute the full HRBP cycle across supported teams.
Act as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders.
2. Full-Spectrum HRBP Solutions
Provide end-to-end HRBP support including workforce planning, performance management, engagement, employee relations, and team development.
Design and implement people strategies that enhance productivity and organizational health.
3. Talent Development & Culture Building
Design career growth frameworks, capability development programs, and talent development plans.
Build and reinforce a strong company culture; energize teams and help drive business acceleration.
Activate team cohesion, collaboration, and long-term development.
4. HR Project Execution & Enablement
Drive the implementation of company-wide HR initiatives within supported teams.
Partner with leaders and employees to improve processes, empower individuals, and elevate business performance.
5. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Own full-cycle recruitment for Product & Engineering (or other supported functions).
Deliver high-quality hires with speed and precision through innovative recruitment strategies.
Leverage multiple sourcing channels and creative hiring approaches to meet headcount targets efficiently.
What We're Looking For
1. Background & Experience
Bachelor's degree or above.
15+ years of full-module HR experience, with strengths in employee engagement, culture, and talent development.
Demonstrated ability to manage the complete HRBP lifecycle independently.
2. Communication & Ownership
Fluent English strong verbal and written communication skills.
High ownership mindset; able to operate independently, make decisions, and drive business outcomes.
3. HR Expertise
Solid experience across all HR functions, especially:
Performance management for Product/Engineering teams
Organizational diagnosis and effectiveness
Improving team productivity & cohesion
Talent development & organizational development
4. Personal Qualities
Fast learner, highly adaptable, strong sense of responsibility.
Excellent execution and delivery capability with strong stakeholder influencing skills.
Collaborative, open-minded, and solution-oriented.
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and handling pressure with positivity.
