Role Description

The Human Resources Manager at Monte-Carlo Saigon will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development. The role involves ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive work culture, and developing strategies for employee training and development. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Qualifications
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, and compliance regulations
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
  • Experience in performance management, employee development, and training programs
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry is an advantage
