2,Job Summary:
Responsible for the human resources and administrative management of the Imou Vietnam subsidiary, formulating and executing HR strategies and policies based on business pain points and development needs (covering organizational structure, talent, and workplace culture). Oversees talent recruitment and selection, organizational and individual performance management, talent development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and daily administrative operations to ensure the team efficiently supports business growth and compliance.
3,Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Vietnam subsidiary's HR strategy and annual HR work plan, providing organizational, talent, and cultural support for business growth.
- Establish and improve HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and alignment with headquarters policies.
- Lead and optimize recruitment and on-boarding processes (including needs analysis, manpower planning, talent mapping, JD & role standards, recruitment channel management, interview process design, structured interviews & interviewer training, and probation management) to enhance hiring efficiency, quality, and timely talent supply.
- Localize and optimize the performance management system (KPI/goal setting, performance appraisals, feedback, and improvement plans), continuously driving effectiveness.
- Improve employee motivation and retention systems, managing compensation & benefits, incentives, recognition of top talent, team-building activities, and ensuring competitive pay for key roles while optimizing costs and satisfaction.
- Handle employee relations and labor matters (employment contracts, social insurance, provident fund, labor disputes, and exit procedures), maintaining positive labor relations.
- Organize and drive employee learning & development, role-fit reviews, training programs, succession planning, and key talent cultivation to enhance organizational capability and retention.
- Manage HR data analytics (labor costs, productivity, turnover & retention rates, time-to-fill, etc.), providing regular decision-making reports to management.
- Oversee administrative and external affairs (office management, fixed assets, external receptions, administrative contracts, and third-party vendor management) for smooth operations.
- Coordinate with headquarters/regional HR, implementing corporate policies while providing localized recommendations and execution support.
- Lead the HRGA team, setting goals, coaching subordinates, and improving execution and service quality.
4,Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management; passionate about HR with strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and fast execution ability.
- Business-oriented mindset with a service attituderesponsive to business needs, building trust with departments, solving pain points, and enabling business success.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stress-management skills, with influencing and negotiation abilities.
- Data-driven and policy-making capability, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
- 8+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in an HR Supervisor/Manager role; experience in multinational companies or localization HR preferred.
- Familiarity with Vietnam's labor laws and HR practices, with proven success in employee relations and dispute resolution.
- Proficiency in Excel (data analysis, pivot tables) and PowerPoint for structured problem analysis and presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication (able to liaise effectively with headquarters).
