Human Resources Executive

Reporting to: Senior HR-Admin & IT Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions across the organization.
• Prepare job postings, source candidates, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment channels.
• Monitor recruitment progress and continuously improve hiring processes.
  
  

Training & People Development

• Coordinate employee training programs, onboarding, and learning activities.
• Maintain training records and monitor training effectiveness.
• Support capability development initiatives and People Development programs.
• Collaborate with departments to identify training needs and organize learning solutions.
  
  

Employer Branding & Employee Engagement

• Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain talent.
• Coordinate internal communication, employee engagement programs, and company events.
• Promote Wahl's culture, values, integrity, and accountability.
• Enhance employee experience and strengthen organizational culture.
  
  

HR Administration & Compliance

• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, reports, and personnel files.
• Support labor compliance activities and ensure adherence to company policies and Vietnamese labor regulations.
• Manage and follow up expatriate documentation including Work Permits, Temporary Residence Cards, and Visas.
• Coordinate with external vendors, recruitment partners, training providers, and government authorities when required.
  
  

What We're Looking ForQualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, HR Administration, or related HR functions.
• Good understanding of Vietnamese Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is an advantage.
