Role Description The Human Resources Executive Recruitment role is a full-time, on-site position based at Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort in Phú Quốc. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various hotel departments. The position coordinates closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop job postings, and ensure timely, high-quality hiring decisions. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate candidate records, managing recruitment timelines, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and local labor regulations. The role also contributes to broader HR operations, such as supporting employee relations initiatives, participating in orientation programs, and assisting with HR reporting and documentation.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in hospitality or service-oriented environments preferred.
• Hands-on experience in HR Operations and HR Policies, including recruitment processes, documentation, and compliance with local labor laws.
• Proficiency in Employee Relations, with the ability to build trust, handle sensitive issues confidentially, and support a positive workplace culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and basic HR software; proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
• Fluency in English; Vietnamese language skills are highly beneficial for local candidate engagement.
