Job Description:

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, aligning HR strategies to support business objectives.
Talent Management: Collaborate with Organization Development team to launch talent development for partnered departments, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent that meets current and future business needs.
Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues, addressing employee concerns and play a main role to handle the violation of company's discipline.
Performance Management: Implement and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by providing insights and strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
HR Metrics and Reporting: Utilize HR analytics to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Compliance and Policy Development: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies and contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a business partner role.
Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite experience with HR analytics tools is a plus.
