The Head of HR will partner closely with senior leadership to design and execute people strategies that support the growth of Masan Digital Platform . This role will lead the full spectrum of HR functions including organization design, talent management, culture building, and leadership development ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop world-class digital and technology talent to drive business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organization design, workforce planning, and people strategy to enable rapid business scaling.
- Shape and strengthen company culture that fosters innovation, agility, and high performance.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Lead recruitment strategies to attract top digital and tech talent.
- Build and promote Masan WinX Tech Hubs employer brand to position the company as a leading destination for technology professionals.
Talent & Leadership Development
- Design and implement talent review, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Drive learning & development initiatives to build critical digital and technical capabilities
Performance, Rewards & Employee Experience
- Oversee performance management systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Partner with C&B team to design competitive rewards and benefits programs tailored for digital workforce.
- Ensure an engaging and supportive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Lead employee relations, ensure policies are well-communicated, and resolve people issues effectively.
- Oversee HR operations, compliance, and reporting with a focus on process efficiency and employee-centric solutions.
Change & Transformation
- Champion HR innovation, leveraging data-driven insights and digital tools to enhance HR effectiveness.
- Support organizational transformation projects and drive change management initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within technology, digital, or high-growth environments.
- Proven track record in building HR strategies for scaling organizations and managing transformation.
- Strong business acumen, ability to influence senior stakeholders, and experience in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
- Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese; strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability
