Job Description

The Head of HR will partner closely with senior leadership to design and execute people strategies that support the growth of Masan Digital Platform . This role will lead the full spectrum of HR functions including organization design, talent management, culture building, and leadership development ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop world-class digital and technology talent to drive business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organization design, workforce planning, and people strategy to enable rapid business scaling.
  • Shape and strengthen company culture that fosters innovation, agility, and high performance.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Lead recruitment strategies to attract top digital and tech talent.
  • Build and promote Masan WinX Tech Hubs employer brand to position the company as a leading destination for technology professionals.

Talent & Leadership Development

  • Design and implement talent review, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  • Drive learning & development initiatives to build critical digital and technical capabilities

Performance, Rewards & Employee Experience

  • Oversee performance management systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Partner with C&B team to design competitive rewards and benefits programs tailored for digital workforce.
  • Ensure an engaging and supportive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

Employee Relations & HR Operations

  • Lead employee relations, ensure policies are well-communicated, and resolve people issues effectively.
  • Oversee HR operations, compliance, and reporting with a focus on process efficiency and employee-centric solutions.

Change & Transformation

  • Champion HR innovation, leveraging data-driven insights and digital tools to enhance HR effectiveness.
  • Support organizational transformation projects and drive change management initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within technology, digital, or high-growth environments.
  • Proven track record in building HR strategies for scaling organizations and managing transformation.
  • Strong business acumen, ability to influence senior stakeholders, and experience in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
  • Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese; strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability
