Job Description

The HR Business Partner Officer provides administrative and operational support to the HR Business Partner team and assists employees with routine Human Resources enquiries. The position maintains HR records and trackers, processes employee documentation, supports employee lifecycle activities, assists with HR reporting, and ensures HR transactions are completed accurately and confidentially.

KEY FUNCTIONS

HR Administration

  • Prepare routine HR documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and files.
  • Update employee databases and trackers.
  • Ensure documents are complete and properly authorized.

Employee Service

  • Respond to routine employee enquiries.
  • Provide employees with appropriate forms and information.
  • Direct complex cases to HRBP Supervisors or Managers.
  • Follow up employee requests until completion.

Employee Lifecycle Support

  • Track probation, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and separation activities.
  • Prepare supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate approvals and signatures.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee movements.

HR Reporting & Data Maintenance

  • Update regular HR trackers.
  • Prepare basic headcount and employee reports.
  • Check data accuracy before submission.
  • Maintain orderly and secure records.

HRBP Team Support

  • Arrange meetings and prepare required documents.
  • Support performance review and engagement activities.
  • Assist with departmental HR projects.
  • Provide administrative support to HRBP team members.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

  • College or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of Human Resources or administrative experience preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant HR internship experience may be considered.
  • Basic understanding of Human Resources practices and employment administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organization and time-management skills.
  • Good interpersonal and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information appropriately.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good Vietnamese communication skills and working English preferred.
  • Positive, service-oriented, and willing to learn.
