About the Role

Human Resources at AVES is about building a strong, engaged, and purpose-driven culture from the ground up.

As HR Specialist, you will be the backbone of our People operations—managing personnel records, designing competitive compensation and benefits packages, developing welfare policies, and ensuring every team member feels valued and supported.

We're looking for someone who combines operational excellence with a service mindset, who is proactive, creative, and takes ownership of people's experiences at AVES.

Responsibilities

Personnel Records & Administration

  • Manage comprehensive employee personnel files and HR documentation systems.
  • Maintain accurate employee databases and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Process payroll-related documentation and coordinate with payroll systems.
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes with precision and care.
  • Prepare statutory reports and labor law compliance documentation.

Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Analyze and research market salary data to ensure AVES remains competitive.
  • Support the design and administration of compensation structures.
  • Manage employee benefit programs (health insurance, social insurance, etc.).
  • Administer bonus, incentive, and allowance programs.
  • Prepare salary reviews and compensation recommendations.

Welfare & Policy Development

  • Develop and implement employee welfare policies and programs.
  • Create and communicate company policies (leave policy, working conditions, etc.).
  • Manage employee benefits and welfare initiatives (health check-ups, team building, etc.).
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and identify welfare improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure welfare policies align with labor laws and company values.

Service & Employee Relations

  • Provide responsive HR support to all employees and departments.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain confidentiality and act as a trusted advisor to staff.
  • Support management in employee engagement initiatives.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and employee experience.

Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and propose improvements.
  • Implement HR systems and tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Create and update HR templates, checklists, and documentation.
  • Stay informed of HR best practices and industry trends.
  • Take initiative in improving the employee experience.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR, with strong focus on HR administration and C&B.
  • In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in personnel records management and HR systems.
  • Strong understanding of compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, creative, and takes ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with one or more of the following will have an advantage:

  • Experience working in startups or fast-growing companies.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and HR management software.
  • Experience managing employee engagement and wellness programs.
  • Familiarity with modern HR analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong communication skill in Englist (nice to have)
