HRIS Functional Consultant F/M/X

As an HRIS Consultant, you will be a key player in the implementation, optimization, and support of leading HRIS platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors. You will collaborate with clients to align technology with HR strategy and ensure successful digital transformation within their HR functions.

Your Responsibilities

• Implement and configure modules within Workday or SAP SuccessFactors (e.g. Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Learning, Performance, Time & Attendance)
• Gather and analyze client HR requirements and translate them into functional system solutions
• Collaborate with integration and data migration teams for smooth deployment
• Provide post-implementation support (AMS), including issue resolution and system maintenance
• Support testing phases, go-live activities, and user training sessions
• Assist with system upgrades and the rollout of new features
• Contribute to change management and promote user adoption

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday or SAP SuccessFactors (implementation or support)
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and HRIS workflows
• Proven experience configuring at least one HRIS module
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Consulting or client-facing experience is a plus
• Workday or SAP SuccessFactors Certification is a strong advantage
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
