ABOUT THE JOB
- Implement and configure one or more modules within Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM (e.g., Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Learning, Performance, Time & Attendance)
- Gather and analyze client HR requirements and translate them into functional system solutions
- Collaborate with integration and data migration teams for smooth deployment
- Provide post-implementation support (AMS), including issue resolution and system maintenance
- Support testing phases, go-live activities, and user training sessions
- Assist with system upgrades and the rollout of new features
- Contribute to change management and promote user adoption.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM (implementation or support)
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and HRIS workflows
- Proven experience configuring at least one HRIS module
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Consulting or client-facing experience is a plus
- Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle Certification is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
