THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a Learning & Development, Consultant who will be responsible for:
- Build and lead an end-to-end learning organization that cultivates a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across all levels. Enable the organization to acquire new knowledge, reskill, upskill, and adapt to changeultimately driving performance improvement and achieving strategic objectives.
- Own and drive the learning agenda for leadership and critical capabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities to build a robust leadership pipeline.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build a learning organization
- Develop innovative, scalable, and commercially relevant learning initiativesleveraging digital platforms and AI-powered toolsto foster continuous development across the employee base.
- Promote learning habits through the 70/20/10 framework, embedding experiential, social, and formal learning into daily work, supported by intelligent nudges and personalized learning paths.
- Cultivate and manage a pool of internal Trainers, Mentors, and Coaches, supported by knowledge sharing programs, to transfer organizational know-how.
- Act as a strategic Learning Advisor to all Functions, guiding the development of functional capabilities with data-driven insights and AI-enabled learning diagnostics.
Lead execution annual Learning Agenda for Leadership & Critical Capabilities
- Design and deliver a comprehensive learning and development programs using diverse modalitiesblended learning, e-learning, gamification, and AI-curated content.
- Localize and leverage Group-level learning programs, integrating technology to personalize and scale delivery for AIA Vietnam's needs.
- Maximize internal training opportunities by engaging AIA experts and using digital platforms to capture and disseminate expertise.
- Evaluate, select, and manage external training providers, ensuring high-quality delivery and integration with internal learning systems and AI-enhanced feedback loops.
Drive Learning Operations and Efficiency
- Design and implement learning policies and processes that ensure operational excellence, supported by automation service delivery.
- Oversee learning systems and data management, using analytics to track impact, engagement, and skill development.
- Manage the learning budget, optimizing resource allocation
Deliver training sessions and facilitate workshops
Lead Strategic HR Projects: Initiate and contribute to cross-functional projects aligned with broader HR and organizational strategies, focus on future-ready workforce capabilities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Background
- Bachelor's or Master's degree. Preferred fields: Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related disciplines.
Professional Experience
- 510+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, HR Program Implementation, or Organizational Development.
- Proven track record in executing learning and development initiatives within multinational corporations (MNCs).
- Exposure to consulting firms or fast-paced industries.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong project management capabilities: planning, execution, stakeholder management, and reporting.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering learning and development programs for leadership and future skills that drive measurable behavior change and performance improvement
- Strong presentation, training delivery and facilitation capabilities in both English and Vietnamese.
- Required certifications as a coach/trainer to lead impactful sessions.
- Proficient in HR technologies and platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors...).
- Tech-savvy mindset with a willingness to adopt AI tools for talent analytics, program automation, and decision support.
