Job Description
A. JOB SUMMARY
As an HRBP Specialist, you will provide advisory and support to key stakeholders while collaborating with employees to resolve day-to-day HR queries and processes. This role is responsible for managing all-round HR functions for the Manufacturing Division, ensuring that HR policies and practices effectively support operational objectives and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Aligning HR Strategies
- Proactively advise and partner with Manufacturing Division managers on human resources matters.
- Support organizational structure, workforce planning and manpower budgeting aligned with the Company's production and business objectives.
- Partner with managers to enhance team effectiveness and organizational capability.
Talent Management:
- Manage recruitment activities for positions within the Manufacturing Division, including professional and direct labor roles at the plant.
- Coordinate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding activities for new employees.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key business positions.
- Support performance management and probation evaluation processes.
- Recommend and coordinate appropriate employee training and development programs.
Employee Relations
- Manage employee relations matters including employee complaints, compensation & benefits (C&B), performance, and workplace behavior issues.
- Monitor resignation processes and coordinate with relevant departments regarding employee offboarding procedures.
- Complete in-person field-based employee listening sessions and make recommendations to management based on feedback received
HR Reporting & Analytics
- Analyze HR metrics including turnover, recruitment, and workforce productivity.
- Prepare periodic HR reports and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Other HR and business projects as assigned.
C. QUALIFICATION/ KEY CAPABILITIES
Experience & Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, I/O psychology, economics, or business administration.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources – with 1 year of solid HRBP experience.
- General knowledge of labor law, HR policies, and relevant procedures/regulations
- Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and GMP manufacturing operations
- Prior HRBP experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Skills:
- Strong business acumen and data analysis skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Good at English (spoken and written).
- Dynamic, willing to learn attitude.

Work Location: (VSIP II) Viet Nam - Singapore Industrial Zone, Binh Duong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM
