I. Job Summary:
Deliver high quality of service, partnership and support. The HRBP will handle generalist responsibilities including recruitment, on-boarding of new employees, employee relations, performance & talent management, partnering with line management on HR and business needs and special projects.
II. Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition and Management (50%):
Recruitment/ movement: Understand the business structure and needs to proactively revise and give consultation to business on headcount plan, recruitment activities and movement needs.
People development: support in analyzing people development needs in in-charge divisions and propose people development activities.
Plan & deliver regular 1-to-1 meetings with Line Management in order to inform and discuss HR issues and to ensure sufficient information flow both formal and informal.
2. Employee Engagement & branding (20%)
Employee relations: deliver employee relations activities and specific communication to employees in department, including discipline consultation.
Proactively seek understanding of retention/ engagement issues and propose solutions to manage retention and support retention better in in-charge divisions
3. Human Resources Report & Processes (30%)
Based on agreement with in-charge management leadership, deliver regular (weekly/monthly) HR reporting covering headcount overview, recruitment status, attrition management, in-out employees, exit interviews, share findings and propose corrective actions.
Cooperate with all other HR specialist teams proactively on cross-company HR processes.
Projects: Perform other tasks or projects as required to meet the needs of the business.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Qualification
University Degree
HR Certification is a plus
2. Work Experience
Minimum 3 years working experience in generalist HR or HRBP experience preferably in consumer finance and banking.
3. Knowledge
General knowledge of Human Resources Management and Labor Market
Talent management & development (sucession planning, advise career path, build talent pool)
Workforce planning (recruitment budget, build process to attract candidate, analyze turn overate, advise business partner..)
Good knowledge of labor law - ability to prove it on explanation of some employee cases.
Proven experience in payroll, training, employee surveys and employee engagement programs.
Business partnership, Knowledge and understanding of HR processes
Organization skills (event, team building, employee engagement)
Proven ability to read and understand reports/ survey feedbacks and come up with action plans
4. Skills
Recruitment, interview, talent acquisition, talent sourcing, keyword searching, HR information system
Interview selection skills
Good communication skills (ability to handle conflict situations, etc.)
Good ability to build relationship and trust
Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Good ability for multitasking (manage large portfolio of tasks)
Customer oriented, time management
Analytical, make good judgment
Project management skills
