The HR System Management Supervisor is responsible for managing, operating, and developing the HR management system , ensuring system stability, effectiveness, and alignment with business and HR operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate the HR management system on a daily basis.
- Research, evaluate, and propose enhancements or new features for HR-related software applications.
- Develop, update, and maintain system documentation and user manuals in line with system changes and business requirements.
- Coordinate with the IT Department to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system errors or issues.
- Provide guidance and training to users on effective system usage.
- Prepare documentation for system changes and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide ongoing support to users when system issues or questions arise.
- Support Business Units in integrating HR sysytem with other system modules.
- Manage team members (applicable for Team Leader level and above) to ensure departmental KPIs assigned by the Company are achieved.
- Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR systems management, HRIS, or related HR technology roles.
- Solid understanding of HR processes (e.g. employee data management, payroll interface, performance management, onboarding).
- Hands-on experience working with HR systems / HR software experience in system implementation or enhancement projects is a strong advantage.
- Ability to analyze system requirements, translate business needs into functional specifications, and coordinate system improvements.
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system documentation, and user training.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work closely with IT teams to resolve technical issues.
- Good project coordination and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Leadership or people management experience is preferred (for supervisory/team leader level).
- Good command of English (ability to read technical documents and communicate in a professional working environment).
- Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and strong sense of responsibility.
