Job Summary
Lead the development and maintenance of quality systems, set standards, troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and drive continuous improvements in lithium-ion battery production.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality System Management
- Establish and maintain quality system standards and ensure compliance.
- Oversee execution of quality processes.
- Quality Improvement
- Monitor quality performance and lead improvement initiatives.
- Lead or co-lead investigations into quality incidents and verify corrective actions.
- Data Analysis & Leadership
- Lead data analysis to drive quality enhancements.
- Coach and support team members to build capabilities.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Automation, Chemistry, or Material Analysis.
- Experience: 3+ years in lithium-ion battery manufacturing preferred. Proficient in quality tools for troubleshooting and data analysis.
- Skills:
- Fluent in English (reading and writing); strong spoken English preferred.
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
- Other: Willingness to travel frequently.
