HR Specialist – Expatriate Management

• Manage all legal documentation for expatriate employees, including Work Permits, Work Permit Exemptions, Visas, and Temporary Residence Cards (TRC).
• Monitor, renew, and ensure compliance with all expatriate-related legal requirements in accordance with Vietnamese labor laws.
• Coordinate and liaise with relevant authorities (DOLISA, Immigration Department, etc.) regarding expatriate employment matters.
• Handle recruitment activities for foreign employees, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Manage onboarding processes for expatriate staff, including HR policies, internal regulations, and administrative procedures.
• Oversee insurance matters for expatriate employees, including mandatory social insurance and company-provided insurance (if applicable).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date expatriate employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Address and resolve issues arising in relation to expatriate employees, including legal, administrative, and employee relations matters.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective management and support for expatriate staff.
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports on expatriate workforce status as required by Management and authorities.
• Support other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
• Working address: Einstein School HCMC, No 16, Street 12, 13C Residential Area, Binh Hung, HCMC.
• Time working: 08: 00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably handling expatriate or foreign employee matters.
• Solid understanding of Vietnamese labor regulations related to foreign employees.
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
