Job Description
As an HR Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and policies aligned with business objectives.
- Managing recruitment processes to attract top talent.
- Overseeing employee relations and addressing workplace concerns effectively.
- Ensuring compliance with labour laws and company regulations.
- Organising training and development initiatives to enhance workforce skills.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Collaborating with management to forecast and plan workforce requirements.
- Monitoring and managing HR budgets and resources efficiently.
Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the General Director and working closely with the regional HR team, the HR Manager will be responsible for:

- Lead and execute the overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on people and organizational matters.
- Manage and develop the HR & Administration team.
- Oversee recruitment activities and workforce planning.
- Build talent pipelines and succession plans for key positions.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Drive performance management processes across the organization.
- Identify capability gaps and implement learning and development initiatives.
- Support leadership development and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Foster a positive and productive workplace environment.
- Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
- Lead office administration and facility-related functions.
- Manage outsourced service providers and workplace support services.
- Ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment.
