About the Opportunity

Bien Hoa Consumer (BHC) is a member of AgriS.

We are looking for an HR Intern (C&B Focused) to join our Human Resources team and gain hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR operations, employee data and reporting.

No prior C&B experience is required. We are looking for someone who is curious about HR, comfortable working with data and eager to learn.

You don't need to know everything about C&B before joining us. What matters most is your willingness to learn, attention to detail and curiosity about how HR supports the employee experience.

What You'll Do

C&B Operations

• Support the preparation of data related to timekeeping, payroll, bonuses, social insurance and allowances.
• Update and maintain employee records on HR systems and physical files.
• Assist with day-to-day C&B and HR operations.

HR Data & Reporting

• Consolidate and reconcile data related to payroll, insurance and employee benefits.
• Perform data entry and prepare information for periodic HR reports.
• Support HR data management activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Employee Communication & Support

• Support the preparation of internal communication materials related to compensation, benefits and HR policies.
• Assist with administrative tasks supporting employee communication and engagement activities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

What We're Looking For

• University student or recent graduate majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• No prior experience required. Candidates interested in building a career in HR, Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards are preferred.
• Basic Excel skills and willingness to work with HR data.
• Familiarity with Canva or AI tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with good data consolidation and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to use English in a working environment.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
