HR Intern (Base Vietnam)

Target candidates: Graduates of 2027. Preferred for internship-to-full-time conversion opportunities.

Work Location: Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam

Internship Duration: 3–6 consecutive months, able to start ASAP, on-site 5 working days per week

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage full-cycle recruitment for international roles, including talent sourcing, interview coordination, offer issuance and onboarding follow-up.

2. Closely collaborate with business teams and hiring managers to align requirements and drive recruitment delivery.

3. Proactively develop and maintain talent channels, build up talent pipeline.

4. Regularly report recruitment progress and share overseas talent market intelligence.

5. Leverages AI coding assistants to drive measurable improvements in productivity.

Job Requirements

1. Current student pursuing Bachelor degree or above, expected graduation in 2027; HRM, Business Administration, Psychology or related majors preferred.

2. Fluent in both Chinese and English, capable of using as working language.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build solid relationships with candidates and business stakeholders.

4. Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple recruitment projects under fast-paced working environment.

5. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, capable of independent work as well as teamwork.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with service-oriented mindset.

7. Prior internship or working experience in recruitment is a plus.
