HR Generalist/HR Supervisor

[AEON CANARY Bình Dương] HR GENERALIST/SUPERVISOR/DIVISION LEADER

• Workplace: AEON Bình Dương - Số 01, Đại lộ Bình Dương, Khu phố Bình Giao, Phường Thuận Giao, Bình Dương
• Working Time: Shift-based, including public holidays
• Report Line: HR Manager & Store Manager
• Interview Process: 2 rounds (including Excel Test)
• Team Size: 2 members (TA & C&B)

1/ REQUIREMENTS 

- University/ College degree

- 4+ years of related experience in HR, 2-3 years of talent acquisition and direct recruiting experience (High-volume recruitment, experience in companies with 1,000+ employees is highly preferred)

- 1 year at supervisor role is a plus

- Be able to work at shift & on Public holidays

- Strong knowledge of Labor Law, C&B, payroll, insurance and employee benefits

- Intermediate English (both verbal & written) 

- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

- Self-disciplined, independent and customer-focused.

2/ SCOPE OF WORK 

- Talent Acquisition: End-to-end recruitment, talent pipeline, hiring coordination & employer branding

- Training & Development: Onboarding, orientation & training coordination

- C&B & HR Operations: Payroll, timekeeping, tax, insurance, labor contracts & employee data

- Employee Relations & Performance: ER cases, disciplinary process, performance management & employee engagement

- HR Management & Compliance: HR reporting, team supervision, HR advisory & compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
