HR Executive (TA focus)

ALC Corporation is a leading multi-sector company in Vietnam with over 25 years of experience in premium kitchen cabinet manufacturing, logistics & freight forwarding, and the distribution of international kitchen appliance brands.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (08:00 – 17:00); Saturday (08:00 – 12:00)

Salary: Up to 14,000,000 VND

Work Location: Cat Lai 2 Industrial Park, Thanh My Loi Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City

Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end recruitment process (mass hiring and BO): manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluation.
• Coordinate interview schedules with Hiring Managers/Board and provide candidate feedback.
• Monitor recruitment effectiveness, manage costs, and propose improvements.
• Prepare recruitment plans and consolidate manpower requests for approval.
• Conduct onboarding and coordinate internal (ISO, 5S) and external training.
• Handle onboarding procedures, track probation, and support issue resolution.
• Maintain HR database, personnel records, and perform other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience, exposure to high-volume/mass hiring is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills, experience with recruitment databases/tools is an advantage.
• Intermediate English communication skills
