Your responsibilities:

As Human Resources Executive, you will be a key ambassador of Eastgates culture, responsible for creating meaningful connections across the organization and delivering engaging experiences that inspire and unite EGSers. Your role will focus on building a vibrant, inclusive, and purpose-driven workplace by leading internal communication and employee engagement initiatives that reflect our values.

1/ Culture Development (40%)

- Plan and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly engagement initiatives (e.g. team-building, internal celebrations, recognition programs) to foster a cohesive, energized workplace.

- Develop and maintain culture playbooks, rituals, and internal campaigns that promote Eastgates values and behaviors.

- Act as a culture champion by gathering and translating employee feedback into actionable engagement improvements.

2/ Internal Communication (30%)

- Own and manage internal communication channels (email, chat groups, bulletin boards, newsletters, etc.), ensuring clarity, consistency, and employee-centric messaging.

- Partner with leadership and key departments to communicate updates, campaigns, and company-wide initiatives in an engaging, approachable tone.

- Curate and share inspiring employee stories, project spotlights, and cultural highlights that celebrate achievements and reinforce company identity.

- Monitor the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust based on feedback and metrics.

3/ Administrative Support (30%)

- Support Labor Union activities and employee welfare programs.

- Take charge of administrative tasks as assigned, supporting the overall operations of the People team.

The ideal candidate:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related major

  • At least 1 year of experience in planning and organizing events

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural enthusiasm for connecting people and driving team spirit.

  • Basic skills in filming, photography, or design (Canva, CapCut, etc.) are a plus.

  • Dynamic and enthusiastic at work
