MAIN DUTIES
- Hiring Process
- Proactively sourcing candidates: Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g. social media, employee referrals) to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, especially for hard-to-fill and niche roles.
- Review and screen resumes obtained from all sources and manage all candidates tracking and status updates.
- Organize and conduct phone screens, interviews (including coordinating with hiring managers), and provide timely feedback to candidates to ensure a positive experience.
- Conduct in person interviewing, lead/facilitate candidate interview debrief session with Hiring team
- Conduct reference checks for selected candidates.
- Manage candidate communications and information to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the Talent Acquisition process.
- Candidate Relations: Maintain regular, professional communication with all candidates throughout the selection process to enhance the company's employer brand.
- Design visually engaging recruitment posters for an upcoming internal job opening; HR materials for internal communication.
- Administrative and Reporting Activities:
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring documents and records comply with internal HR policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Documentation: Prepare and distribute interview guides, candidate assessments and collect hard copy of their documents after they are onboarding with SOX standard.
- Update and maintain new employee data files accurately and in a timely manner.
- Onboarding process: Coordinate with other departments to prepare access cards and PPE for new employees.
- Offboarding process: Guidance for employees leaving work on exit interviews and resignation letters.
- Ensure that the talent acquisition operations are highly effective by:
- Coordination of Workflow: Work with hiring managers to prioritize open roles and ensure a clear understanding of required skills and experience.
- Timeliness and Quality: Achieve target metrics for Time-to-Hire and Quality-of-Hire, regularly evaluating candidate retention and performance post-hiring.
- Process Improvement: Review and recommend improvements to the recruitment process, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Attend weekly meetings and regularly participate in HR activities to gather necessary information on open roles and departmental activities.
- Hiring Manager Relationships: Conduct regular check-ins with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business goals.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market availability of talent, and competitor compensation practices to advise on realistic recruitment strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, English, or related field.
- Having knowledge of the labor market and recruitment channels for production workers
- Having communication, negotiation, and interviewing skills
- Minimum 6 months in HR position or a relevant position.
- Speaks English.
