Work you'll do

Talent Acquisition and Branding

  • Execute employer branding programs including management of social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram
  • Work with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition team to run talent attraction programs
  • Coordinate with TA team and other stakeholders, partners on talent attraction activities (Unitours, Office tours, Career talks,)
  • Support campus recruitment activities

Talent Engagement

  • Talent Engagement: Coordinate across teams to plan and execute talent events

Onboarding

  • Support with onboarding process of new joiners including logistics arrangement, communications and follow up.
  • Other tasks by leader requested.

Requirements

  • Work experience in relevant areas of HR
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Preferably, experience with a Foreign Company within the Financial Services Industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge about Creative and Graphic design
  • Proactive and ability to successfully complete multiple projects with changing priorities
  • Can work independently to plan and meet deadlines
  • Good teamwork skills, high level of verbal and written English skills
  • Excellent command of using Windows, Word, Excel and Power Point
